Askari Game Lodge in Magaliesberg, offers a unique opportunity to view the Big 5 and engage in an authentic wild life experience just an hour from the major city centers of Johannesburg or Pretoria. The malaria free 3000 hectare Reserve boasts natural African bushveld with an abundance of flora, fauna, birdlife and wildlife.

Two game drives are scheduled daily. Interactive elephant experiences include feeding of the gentle giants, as well as a guided walk through the bushveld and riverine areas. The Lodge boasts one of the largest private collections of ox wagons, carts and other animal-drawn vehicles from the period 1800 to 1900. The four star Askari Game Lodge accommodates up to 48 guests and have excellent wedding and conference facilities.
